CPSLDAPSetup 1.0.0 released

CPSLDAPSetup is a directory configuration that allows CPS to use a LDAP directory as its members database. A sample OpenLDAP configuration is included.

CPSLDAPSetup 1.0.0 requires at least CPS 3.4.1.

Added two new ZODB directories as backing of the Meta and Stacking directories to allow for better flexibility in the directory setup
New readonly mode profile that makes it easier to plug CPS on a pure readonly LDAP server
